Fog hid the tops of buildings across Ottawa on October 2nd, but all the action was in the street below. Zombies shrieked, shambling their way from City Hall to Parliament Hill, the horde swelling through Centretown and up Bank Street.
After descending upon unsuspecting tourists, the organizers crowned the various undead royalty under the gaze of blood-drenched walkers, photographers and the brave security forces in place. While I did think the crowd would be thin due to the drizzle and chill, there was a really great turnout.
Huge thank you to Audrey's Costume Castle, Ottawa Zombie Walk, the city and everyone who works to make this happen every year. It's the most wonderful time of the year, truly.
